Towel Drop

Terms of Use

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Towel Drop is a puzzle game made by Hearth Software. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using it. They are written to be read: play the game, keep it to yourself, do not cheat the leaderboard, and we make no promise that it is bug-free.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Towel Drop on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game and everything in it, including code, artwork, sounds, music, text and the name, remain ours or our licensors'.

What you may not do

The leaderboard

Submitting a score is voluntary. When you do, you agree that:

Purchases inside the game

Upgrades bought during a run are paid for with points earned by playing. They are not bought with money, hold no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game, and are lost when a run ends or saved data is cleared. If a paid purchase is ever offered, it will be handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own refund rules, and we will say so clearly at the point of sale.

Availability

We may update, change or stop offering the game or the leaderboard at any time. Saved progress is stored on your device only; we do not back it up and cannot recover it if it is lost.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearth Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer you keep all rights that your local law gives you regardless of these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the effective date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of your own country.
